DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work collaboratively within a team environment, assuming ownership of your designated section.
· Uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal prepared.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated kitchen areas, adhering to the stringent standards set by Corinthia Brussels.
· Follow recipe specifications meticulously to ensure uniformity and excellence in food preparation.
· Execute mise-en-place efficiently, ensuring all necessary ingredients and tools are prepared and readily available.
· Undertake a diverse range of tasks, including food preparation, plating, and banquet preparation.
· Conduct daily inspections to ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients and stocks.
· Adhere strictly to HACCP standards, demonstrating a keen awareness of food safety protocols in all aspects of your work.
· Collaborate with your team to uphold a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.

Experience: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
Skills & Knowledge:
· Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, including food preparation, plating, and banquet service.
· Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Familiarity with HACCP standards and a demonstrated commitment to food safety and hygiene.

Situé au cœur du quartier royal de Bruxelles, le Corinthia Brussels est un joyau de l’architecture Belle Époque. Inauguré en 1910 sous le nom de Grand Hôtel Astoria pour accueillir les hôtes de l'Exposition universelle, il a rouvert ses portes le 9 décembre 2024 après une restauration minutieuse de quatre ans menée par l'architecte belge Francis Metzger. L'hôtel propose 126 chambres, dont 31 suites et 5 suites signatures, alliant élégance classique et confort contemporain.
