We are recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic Concierge Candidate to join our team at our award-winning Hotel, Ashford Castle.

Key responsibilities of the Concierge will include:

• To deal with all arrivals and all departures in a friendly and efficient manner in line with Forbes Five Star and Red Carnation Hotel Standards.
• To liaise with guests on any questions they might have-promote all services with the hotel and avail of all opportunities to increase upselling opportunities.
• To communicate effectively with the front gate and bridge links men to ensure the best possible first impression.
• To provide the Guest, at all times, with the highest levels of guest care and personal attention, where possible anticipating the guests needs and initiating actions to exceed expectations where possible
