We are currently seeking a dedicated Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and guest-focused environment. The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a pride in delivering personalised service, while playing a key role in the smooth planning and execution of conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities of a Conference & Banqueting Supervisor:
- Provide prompt, professional, and personalised guest service at all times.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Conference & Banqueting menus, as well as the beverage offerings, including bar selections and wine lists.
- Be present on the floor during service periods to oversee operations and ensure service quality.
- Ensure all food and beverage products are served according to company standards and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Participate in and support the training and development activities within the department
- Actively promote suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and maximise revenue opportunities

- Previous experience in a Conference & Banqueting Supervisor role or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to the department's success.
- Knowledgeable about food and beverage service and strives for excellence in all aspects of guest interaction.
