We are recruiting for a Back of House and Public Area Attendant to provide quality service to our guests and ensure the cleanliness of all rooms and areas in a timely manner, in line with the Forbes Five Star standards and The Red Carnation Hotels standards.

Key Responsibilities as a Back of House and Public Area Attendant:

- To clean all public areas in the hotel.
- To maintain the cleanliness and good order of guest and staff areas by cleaning them daily and deep cleaning per schedule.
- To greet all guests and staff courteously and to respond immediately upon guests’ requests.
- To report immediately any malfunctioning equipment and all maintenance issues to the supervisor and/or engineer on duty.
