Manage and maintain Cisco Meraki networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points).
Monitor network performance, implement upgrades, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Oversee the administration of Office 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Maintain and develop SharePoint Online sites for internal documentation and collaboration.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support requests through a ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
Perform onboarding/offboarding processes including account provisioning, hardware setup, and access control.
Manage user roles, permissions, and integrations within Salesforce.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce supports business processes effectively.
Implement and maintain IT security best practices, including data backup, antivirus, patching, and access control.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and internal policies.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors for software licenses, hardware procurement, and IT services.
Track and manage IT assets including hardware and software inventories.
