  • Reporting to the General Manager Sette & Nolita Social you will ensure smooth and efficient service of food and beverage in assigned section.
  • You will maximize sales through the effective use of selling techniques and supervise Commis de Rang assigned to their section.
  • You will have a passion for service excellence and detail.
  • You create a connection between the foods, wines and really make the experience a memorable one for our guests. You will be impeccable in every manner of service but at the same time, you will be authentic and genuine.

Profil recherché

  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage and a good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
  • You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your passion for the job will be what sets you apart.
  • To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry.
  • You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses authentic and impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.

The Bvlgari Hotel, London, pays tribute to Bvlgari’s silversmith origins and Britain’s noble manufacturing traditions with an understated, elegant design concept with silver forming the underlying theme of the design. The sleek architecture and refined interiors are designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, with Squire and Partners as the local architect, coupling the Bvlgari glamour and heritage with sustainable design features and state of the art technology. Many of the furnishings and textiles throughout the hotel and residences are made exclusively for Bvlgari crafted by Italian manufacturers.
