We are seeking a poised and passionate Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our serene and exclusive Bvlgari Spa.
In this pivotal front-of-house role, you’ll provide a warm, intuitive, and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You’ll be responsible for handling spa bookings, guiding guests through our offerings, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and discretion synonymous with the Bvlgari brand.
The ideal candidate will have a customer service background in luxury Spas ideally based within five-star deluxe hotels. You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your passion for the job will be what sets you apart.
To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses authentic yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
The Bvlgari Hotel London, inaugurated in 2012, is a beacon of luxury nestled in the prestigious Knightsbridge district. With 85 rooms and suites, it stands as a refined example of contemporary elegance and Italian sophistication in the heart of the British capital.
